Mail & Package Locker Locations and Services

Mail and packages delivered to students in Residence Halls will be placed in a locker, either in your building or in a nearby residence hall if your hall does not have lobby lockers. Once your mail or package is safely secured, you'll receive an automated email with a code to enter at the kiosk to open the specific locker and retrieve your mail or package. 

The MPS office locations at the Support Building (Foggy Bottom) and West Hall (Mount Vernon) will remain open to provide mail and package services. Package pickup may still be necessary at these main locations. You may need to go to the Support Building if you have packages that are too big for the in-hall lockers; packages that need to be refrigerated or frozen; or if you don’t retrieve your package from the locker on time, it will be returned to the main MPS office for you to pick up. Also, at the beginning of each semester, with an influx of packages delivered for move-in, some adjustments may be needed for package pickups at the Support Building. 

Move-Out

Please remove all packages from the package lockers when moving out. Any packages left in the lockers after 14 days will be returned to the sender.
