Procedure for Lost or Stolen USPS Mail

If a student has sent mail or a package through USPS mail, they can notify the U.S. Postal Service and the USPS Office of the Inspector General regarding lost or stolen mail by calling 1-888-USPS-OIG or 1-800-ASK-USPS.

Additionally, a student can fill out a complaint online at with the USPS Office of Inspector General or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
